Alek Orloff is the chief financial officer of Frontier Waste Solutions, an integrated solid waste services firm based in Dallas with more than 1,000 employees and 445,000 customers across major population centers in Texas. Partnering with multiple private equity investor groups, he has overseen capitalization, financial management and organizational development, underpinning six-fold growth in the firm’s revenues since he joined the company in 2020.

At Frontier, he works closely with the CEO and board of directors to craft and implement the firm’s growth strategy. He has led multiple credit facility expansions, a successful equity recapitalization and several of the firm’s 25 acquisitions to date in support of those goals.

Before joining Frontier, he served in finance and mergers and acquisitions roles at GFL Environmental. Previously, he was chief financial officer for Alpine Waste & Recycling in Colorado and a management consultant with Deloitte.

He holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
